Trademarks

This site shows the logos and names of software we collect telemetry from, software we run beside, and products we compare ourselves to. This page says who owns them and on what basis we use them.
1. What we claim
Nothing. Every third-party name, logo and mark on this site belongs to its owner. We use them only to identify the product being referred to, which is what trademark law calls nominative or referential use. We reproduce them in a single flat colour that inherits the page's text colour, at a size that identifies the product and nothing more.
2. What we do not claim
We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or certified by any of the companies or projects below. Where we say we collect from a product, we are describing our own software. Nothing here should be read as a statement by the trademark owner about us.

The list covers the marks we use most. Any mark we have missed belongs to its owner on the same terms.
4. Customer and partner logos
Logos shown under Trusted by identify organisations that have run or are running xScaler. Each one belongs to that organisation. They are not endorsements and they do not describe a production deployment.
5. Our own marks
xScaler, xScaler Labs and the xScaler logo are marks of XSCALER LTD. You may use them to refer to us. You may not use them in a way that suggests we endorse, supply or are affiliated with your product.
